Easy in/out & covered

Great experience other than your card reader at checkout always seems to have issues. I've parked with PS several times in 2026 and each time I've had issuses with the card reader when paying to exit. It may be time to upgrade or replace your current system to make paying easier. Thanks.

It is easy to get into the facility with just my phone and find the space. The bus drivers are courteous and helpful. When I get back really late at night, I never have to wait long for a bus. Paying and leaving is also very easy with my phone.

The Parking Spot 2 team always picks me up quickly. I never have to wait more than a few minutes. They always help me with my luggage which is great a value for me. The team is always kind, helpful, and respectful. I feel safe using The Parking Lot 2. I never feel nervous or scared at this facility.

During my recent visit, I had a 19 hour day that included a 3 hour flight pause on the plane on the airport tarmac. Once my flight arrived in Atlanta, your team picked me up and delivered me safely to my car for my long drive home.

I am thankful they were there late at night and did what they promised they would do...reliable and trustworthy.

We love using the Parking Spot when flying out of Phoenix, International Airport. The facilities are clean and well kept, the staff and drivers are polite and helpful, and the prices are competitive.

I use your services on a somewhat regular basis. Your shuttle drivers typically are outstanding/. On this most recent trip I do have to say our morning driver was not up to your typical standard, he could have just had an off day.

I have been using the Parking Spot for about 5 years. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to board a bus to get to the airport. And when I return, the service is always prompt and pleasant. I highly recommend

Park n Fly is a great service from start to finish. I particularly like the functionality of its app... simplifies entry and exit, really like being able to track bus locations in real time in the app, automated notification to park n fly when I arrive at the pickup location, and busses are frequent and readily available.
