My Wife and I use The Parking Spot on our trips and I use it for when my company sends me out of town, the only issue I have is the vehicles, for as many Airports you serve you would think you would get vehicles with much better suspensions so the ride is smoother, the ones in Phoenix South are like riding in a back jolting rollercoaster ride, not fun at all!!! Your drivers for 90% of the time are very helpful and I tip them those that are not miss out. The staff as you enter are also very helpful especially when your card reader messes up.

I am always happy with Hobby The Parking Spot, but I ended up switching my flight and then it was out of IAH The Parking spot 2 and it was HORRIBLE! WAITED 35 MINS BEFORE SHUTTLED TO THE AIRPORT. I got to my gate as the last person boarding. Unbelievable. I don't know if a bunch of employees called in last Friday July 24, 2026 or what, very upsetting Will clayton location.

Abou is GREAT - I ONLY park when he is working - He is super helpful - his energy is contagious and we stay there for weeks at a time now JUST because we want to support him and his career - (I actually have a place in Lawrenceville but park there to help him out)

The convenience of getting dropped off. The lighting during construction nights needs drastically improved.

Easy to park and get quickly to the airport!! The drivers are polite and always so helpful. My return to the Parking Spot is also quick and easy. Love the free car wash option as well as the complimentary bottle of refrigerated water there at the checkout kiosk! I'll be back again! :)
