I like everything about using the Parking Spot at Bradley Airport. Making reservations online is very simple and easy. Parking, shuttle service, and return shuttle pick-up are also a pleasure. My car is waiting for me when I get off the shuttle, and I can go straight to my car. I recommend the Parking Spot to all my friends and family. I was a little hesitant when the Roncari family retired, but the Parking Spot has maintained the same customer service levels as the Roncari family had.

Convenient pick up and drop off. Mostly my only complaint is for the covered parking. My car was clean when I dropped it off. It was extremely water spotted with dirt when I picked it up!

I like the fact that they pick you up and drop you off right at your car and the drivers are all personable and respectful.

I’d like to thank the gentleman who picked us up at the Buffalo airport on 2/28/24 around 4:15-4:30pm. It was so refreshing to not have to ask for help but to be offered help. My husband and I struggled to lift our luggage and he offered without hesitation to help. Normally my husband would be able to lift these bags without any issues but after two recent heart surgeries he’s no longer able.
