We love this place. You drive in and they tell you exactly where to park and the airport shuttle picks you up at your vehicle. When you return, the shuttle picks you up and returns you to your car. Very efficient and friendly employees. Good value.

Fast and easy check in; we have used Parking Spot many times and no matter what time we check in or fly back into Buffalo the spot van is usually there! If it isn't, it's only a few minute wait until the next van shows up. The drivers are all friendly and come out to meet us at the car to help put our luggage on board. The vans are clean and seats are comfortable for the short ride to the airport. On returning, the drivers take us right to our car, unload the luggage--Quick and easy check out too.

Getting picked up at the car almost immediately after parking. And not having to wait on the shuttle at the airport.
Easy to book via app & service is always top notch. Shuttle drivers are wonderful. They are at my car before I get my bags out of my car after parking & I never have to wait long for a pick up upon return. Bottled water in cooler at self checkout is a nice touch!
