Easy in and out. Shuttle picked up quickly and delivered us right to our carrier. Upon returning the shuttle was there with no waiting and delivered us quickly back to our car. Both drivers very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I would definitely refer The Parking Spot to friends and family. I have used y'all numerous times. Every time the drivers have been very helpful, except for our trip on September 22, 2026. This driver didn't not even get out of the driver's seat to help us with luggage or anything else. All drivers we have had before are quick to grab our luggage and place it on the bus and then hand it to us when we get to our terminal or back to our vehicle. This guy did not lift a finger!! Needless to say, he did not get a tip. No one else on the bus tipped he either. Had we gotten this driver the very first time we used The Parking Spot, we probably wouldn't refer to y'all. I just wanted to let y'all know about this one driver. His name wasn't displayed, so I can't tell you that. Obviously, due to all the good apples you have, we will continue to use y'all!! So very easy and stress free.

The pick up and shuttle service are very efficient and on time.I get to and from my departure airline at the airport easily, without long waits.

It was easy to navigate the process of reserving a spot. The bus picked us up very quickly on both leaving and when we returned. The drivers are all courteous and professional.

Very convenient arriving and bus in waiting to pick you up and returning to airport bus is usually waiting or is a very short wait. Drivers are always friendly.
