Always seem to be shuttles on return (or a very short wait for one) and location is ideal. Quick trip from terminal to vehicle. Wish you would cover the parking spots at Parking Spot FLY and add EV charging (standard electrical outlets would be good enough).

It would've been nice if there were more shuttles available at the airport to pick us up; there were many more shuttles that arrived from the JFK location, but not as many from Parking Spot #2 so we had to wait at least 10-15 minutes; it’s not a deal breaker, though, and I definitely will use the Parking Spot 2 in the future!
