Quick, easy, great location.

Good value. Flight arrived 1 hour early about 0600. Called and expected to get robot, but live person answered. Gave clear instructions about pickup location. Only waited a few minutes for shuttle to arrive. Driving out exit and live person asked if we needed assistance. Only suggestion is a sign / bigger sign to show where to enter parking lot. First time user may drive past it.

My experience was good. I was traveling by myself. I paid an advance which is very easy to do in the portal. I Didn't have to wait long with my bags. Very courteous and helpful driver. Also didn't have to wait long when I flew back in to Charlotte airport, Thank You.

I've always had good experiences when using The Parking Spot, but this time they really delivered. I had accidentally left my wallet on one of the shuttles and did not realize this until I had gotten back to my home. I quickly called The Parking Spot, explained the situation, and within minutes they had located the wallet and stowed it away for me to pick up.
