Easy to get in each time. Staff has always been great and friendly. Each time we leave we have issues with QR code for gate to open, luckily this last time someone was there to help. Always worrisome trying to leave.

The whole parking process is easy with quick pickup from the parking spot lot and from the airport pickup points.
My flight was delayed getting in, it was after midnight when I finally arrived to BDL. My car was battery was dead. At 1am after a long day - an employee at The Parking Spot charged my car battery and I was able to leave and get home. Thank you so much for your above and beyond service.
