I like the limited wait time to be picked-up at my car, i like being able to track where the vans are, i like the ability to tip the drivers using a QR code from a different credit card (tips on my personal card, the parking is on the company). I like the number of vans you have running. I like being able to reserve a spot and know my price. What I DON'T like is... my confusion on how we can have 7 people on the van going to Terminal 2, and 1 person going to Term 1 and the van goes to Terminal 1 First. I hate that. I don't understand it.

Three of the four of us are older and somewhat handicapped. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful with our luggage. The driver that brought us back to our car even loaded our luggage for us. Awesome service all around
Ease of making a reservation. The whole process is seamless and the employees are usually nice and helpful.
Thought of everything including the cards that tell you what floor you parked on, water at shuttle area AND exit, car wash even.
I like the ease of getting in and the pickup was quick.
A suggestion would be to have the checkout kiosk lit better. It was a little difficult to see.

Getting me to and from the main terminal without challenges. I will say the road construction is difficult to maneuver to get to the parking spot!
