The shuttles are super fast, the parking is easy and secure.
I generally like the entire experience. Quick pickup, trip to/from the terminal, etc.
However, my last trip I was disappointed with the wait time at the terminal on my return.
From the moment I arrived at the pickup curb to the time the shuttle arrived was 18 minutes.
In that time three of your competitors vans went by.

Pickup service has gotten better now that the App states that there might be a 15-minute wait time for an available shuttle. It gives the customer a "heads up" that there might be a delay in pickup.
We love the Parking Spot 2. It is our go-to place to park on our many plane trips throughout the year. Whoever came up with that idea was brilliant.
Prompt friendly service
So so easy! The valet service was park, unload, and go. Return shuttle was extremely prompt. I’m a travel advisor and will be recommending to all of my clients who travel out of LAX (or other Parking Spot locations). We are already rebooked for our next trip!
Easy to get to and from the airport and I-91. Attendants and drivers are polite and don't throw the baggage around.
Friendly drivers and quick service
The ease of the process. The only time it gets frustrating is when we are on one side of the terminal and multiple buses fill up on the other side.

The drivers are generally very nice and helpful. I recently had a problem with the service (they are remodeling and I thought I was exiting and the guy took my credit card and ran it and it turned out to be the covered parking). Salome helped me with this problem. They were very kind and helpful.
It was seamless. We pulled up, the luggage was removed and put on the bus. Restrooms and water were offered as we checked in. We had travel issues in our way back but Parking Spot Plus worked with us and made it easy to get our car and the service went above and beyond our expectations. Definitely will leave our car here again.

Scheduling is easy with the app. The app gives me a QR code that makes it easy to get in and out. The drivers are really helpful. And they have water bottles on the way out.
