Both my drivers to and from ATL were so courteous and kind. The shuttle picked me up promptly when I arrived and parked. Also, my plane did not arrive back until midnight and there was a shuttle waiting outside the terminal when I arrived. I was so happy they were already there and I didn't have to call.

I have used the parking spot for many years and although there are always bumps in the road I have been satisfied. One of those bumps happened on my last trip. I bypassed the Kiosk because I wanted to pay with another card rather than the card on file. So I pulled up where there was an attendent. I handed her the credit card and mentioned at least three times that I wanted to pay with the card I handed her rather than the card on file. I had someone with me so they heard the entire conversation. QAs I said I handed the women my credit card I wanted to opay wirh and she like was in another world but handed me my receipt that she had run through on "THE CARD ON FILE". I was highly upset and asked her if she heard me tell her numerous times I did not want to do that. She is bewildered look on her face. i am well aware the difficulty with getting people today but this was ridiculous. She had a look on her face like look on her Face like "DUH". I have not had a problem with your people until this incident. I was very disappointed.

I had a bad experience the time before. All of my issues were fixed and this time it was very easy to get a shuttle (both ways), and my car was very clean.

The driver was excellent. He had a good attitude and was friendly.

Shuttles are quick. Most the drivers have great personalities and help load/unload luggage. Like the cards with the parking spot written on them. Like the rewards although I wish you made it easier to apply them. If you don't make the reservation with the rewards included, you can't use them. I think the app should show you the reward days anytime you make a reservation.
