Its the only place I know but its convenient and The Parking Spot is user friendly all the way from the location through to the app.
On my first and so far only use of the CLT (or any other airport) facility, all went like clockwork. Booking, location, pickup, tracking of shuttle, efficiency and demeanor of drivers, payment of tip on app, location of car on return being found by driver, etc... all get high marks.
My only negative note might be that parking spaces are fairly narrow. I took care in parking my smaller car.

The ease and convenience of being able to park, then have someone pick me up at my car and shuttle me to the airport and back to my car after I return.
Overall good experience. Waits are manageable, normally only a few minutes to be picked up at the lot. Staff friendly and helpful. Been using the parking spot for many years with little complaints.
