Twice I made an error in booking and had to readjust and cancel one, the STL EAST location was very helpful in helping me correct my mistake and get on the road. hats off to the ladies

I've used the Parking Spot BNA several times and really appreciate the service. The reservation process on the app is easy. Accessing the business and checking in is quick. The shuttle drivers are friendly/helpful and drive efficiently/safely. I've never waited more than a few minutes for the shuttle to go to or come from the airport. My car has always been ready/pulled up when I arrive from the airport. If I make my reservation early/not last minute, the price is quite good and better than parking at the airport or taking Uber/Lyft from my house (1 hour away).

Areas for improvement: when coming from the airport, i use the app to notify personnel to prepare my car but I can't tell it it worked. It often says it can't find my reservation; I've tried to scan the ticket they give me and it doesn't recognize it. But, my car is always ready anyway. I have also requested detailing service but I'm not sure they do much; I'll admit that my car usually isn't very dirty (no kids/pets) but I'm not sure that service has much value.

Everything works well every time, from fast checkin and checkout to efficient transport to & from the airport to being delivered to my car after the trip. A couple of trips ago, an employee even aired up a very low tire before I headed back to Colorado Springs - greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Prompt pick up on arrival to lot and on return at the airport pick up. Drivers are courteous, friendly and always assisting with the loading annd unloading of luggage.

The security of my vehicle when parked in your lot is the primary reason for parking at the Parking Spot. The secondary reason is the ease of parking and being shuttled to and from the terminal. I've been using The Parking Spot for years and love it.
