Pick up at the airport is prompt, i have never had to wait very long at all (which is much more than i can say for similar services at other airports).
Also, the fee for uncovered valet parking is reasonable and not too much more than self park. It is nice to have one's car waiting and ready to go when i get to the parking lot.
I love the way vans are readily accessible whether it’s 3:30 in the morning or 12:30 at night for an airport pick up. I love your friendly, helpful drivers and the discounts you offer. My husband and I are huge PS West fans and recommend PS to all of our friends and neighbors. The free, ice cold bottle of water is also a nice touch when we are checking out.

Very close to terminal 4. The staff is helpful and friendly. Covered parking. It is our go-to place for parking at Sky Harbor.
Generally great but we did have a major problem on our last trip. There IS NO WARNING or signage anywhere in Terminal C at DFW or in the Parking Spot material that tells you when you land at gate 35 (in that range) at the extreme south end of the terminal you must take your bags ALL THE WAY TO THE OTHER END OF THE TERMINAL for the bus to pick you up. This cost us a lot of time and since we are mobility challenged it was painful to walk in the heat at the lower level as we kept seeing buses going there but not coming to the purple signage for normal pickup where we began waiting?!?! Of course under all that concrete NO CELL SIGNAL so it was a royal pain in the A$$!!!!

Staff is friendly. Frequent shuttles so you don't have long waits. If you valet, they have your called pulled up and waiting for you when you arrive.
My concerns regarding the shuttle service were addressed expeditiously and because of this extraordinary customer service, I will use and recommend the Parking Spot North for my future parking needs.

Close access to Love Field. The drop-off, pickup location is easy for those that have disabilities with walking far.
Easy reservations, parking and shuttling to airport and back. Our driver was so helpful when I returned to my car only to find my battery was dead. After a long day of travel and delayed flights, that was the icing on the cake. But our friendly driver saved the day with a quick jump start and we were on our way. Thanks for taking care of us!
