Overall, a good experience, but I was charged extra for parking in a "covered parking" space even though I parked in an uncovered one because of where I entered the lot- which was the only entrance I was able to find.

I have been using the Parking Spot for over a year now, and have consistently had a great experience at this location. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues or delays with pick up/shuttle.
On my last stay, I cashed in some of my rewards points to have my vehicle detailed, and they did an incredible job! I typically travel for work every couple months, and will continue to use this location in the future. I've used other parking services in the past, but the Parking Spot stands out for value, quality, and service.

Covered and secure. I feel parking at PS premium is more secure than using the airports garages. The pick up and drop off is convenient, not perfect, but it works. DFW is so spread out it would be difficult to have a perfect pick up and drop off solution. I would love to get to and from the terminal quicker, but for me security of my vehicle is a priority.
