It was easy. I pre booked online and reserved a spot. My only complaint was that I was upgraded to a covered spot but it was sent through email so I didnt see till I was at the airport. Wish it would have been texted to me.

The entry process was effortless using the QR code from my initial reservation. The shuttle was at my location almost immediately and the trip to the airport was very quick.
