This was my first time parking at Parking Spot and everything from start to finish was awesome! The app was easy to use, the shuttle was on time, clean and warm, and the driver was very pleasant and helpful! 10-star! I will definitely park here again!

Quickest car drop off and pick up I've ever experienced. The bus to the terminal picked us up from our car before we all exited the car. The drivers were adamant about loading and unloading our luggage so we didn't have to, so with 5 of us including kids, it was very much appreciated.

If there isn’t a bus to waiting when at airport, the wait time is very short. The drivers are courteous and professional.

I've been parking at this location for years and have always had a great experience. Customer service is outstanding!

The bus was already outside when I arrived at airport 12:40am and I still had to get my luggage. By 1am the bus was still outside. The driver was extremely nice and helpful but sorry I forgot his name. I arrived to parking lot to pick up my car around 1:15 am on a Saturday he was reassuring and loaded my luggage in my trunk of my car super helpful since I was traveling with two little dogs. Thanks for all your help Hannia Tamayo
