Directed by attendants to a parking spot. Shuttle immediately there for pickup. On return, waited for only a short time for a shuttle and no wait to exit the lot. I really enjoy using the app and saving money by prepaying the parking. I have never had trouble with the QR Code scanning either for entry or exit.
Being dropped off directly in front of my airline and getting help with my luggage allows me to has less stress!

I like the convenience of valet parking. Wait time is always reasonable, but pricing is getting too high, so not sure how much longer I will use this. Uber/Lyft is about the same round trip now and would be more convenient.

Shuttle is quick
It’s super convenient and easy. You get picked up and dropped off right at your car, no need to trek through the parking lot looking for the bus pickup. When you return there isn’t usually much of a wait time to get shuttled back to your car. The drivers are always very helpful and friendly.
