Ever since I first used the Parking Spot I no longer park at the airport. The ease of reserving, entering, parking are great. The bus picks me up at my parking spot and brings me right back to it which means no wandering around parking lots to find my car. I highly recommend them!

Love parking here. I never have to wait for a shuttle either going to or from the airport. My car is always waiting for me when I return. The attendants are always super helpful getting my luggage on and off the shuttle and even putting my bags in my car when I get back. I won't park anywhere else!

Easy, always available for a pick up and close to airport

My husband and I had a very good experience with one of the Parking Spot North Drivers on 25 February 2024. He dropped us off at Southwest Airlines around 8:15am. Shortly thereafter I realized I had left one of my bags on the bus. Our Parking Spot driver had also noticed the lonesome bag on his bus. He did a whole round back to the Southwest drop off looking out for us, a couple in panic. We were overwhelmed to see him and were able to retrieve the bag we had left behind. A BIG SHOUT OUT for this driver. Thank you - we hope you are recognized for this outstanding service. ~ diannec
