The Parking Spot is awesome! I drive a full size pickup and they were figuring out the best place for me to park even before I scanned in to get through the gate! Pickup from the airport was a breeze!

I never have to wait for a Parking Spot shuttle when I return home. My old parking place seemed to never be around, which is awful in bad weather. By then all I wan to do is GO HOME.

Prompt pickup and personable drivers

Professional drivers for the shuttles. Many shuttles and deliver you to your car. Shuttle service is the best shuttle service we have used.

Love that the shuttle is waiting for you when you park, they help you with your luggage, and they are easy to find once you've left the terminal.

The pickup/delivery from my car was essential. Both drivers were very thoughtful and helpful. The driver on my return was extra nice when waiting to make sure my car would start. I had been away for a month and was a little nervous about it starting. I have used Parking Spot out of PHL before but this was my first experience at BWI. I will definitely use again.

Quick and easy

Shuttle to and from my vehicle; easy to make reservations.

Very easy to use. Inexpensive. Drivers very pleasant. I like that the app shows where the shuttles are which is really helpful when you return from the trip.

I didn't like that the app would not make my reservation unless I paid ahead of time.

It always works out well for us. The gentleman that picked us up on the first day of the trip stayed on the bus and I handed him the luggage. The gentleman that picked us up at the airport handled the luggage and even offered to put it in my car.

Very quick service, big covered lot. Driver that dropped us off at the airport was excellent. Driver that picked us up from the airport didn't move to help with luggage until he saw me going to tip him. Still carried my own luggage down the steps. Overall, great service.
