Close to airport
In my eyes parking spot was always a 10. Lately it seems they are having issues with customer service. When arriving man/lady who directs you to spot - not really sure. Pick up bus taking so much longer than 20 minutes and longer. When it is pick up time at airport if after 6pm it takes more than 20 minutes, especially if in D terminal. Long waits and higher prices per day. Makes me look at uber or Lyft.

The drivers were extremely courteous and assisted with my oversized luggage. They got me from my vehicle to the airport very promptly. Upon my return the driver was already waiting in the arrivals area to transport me back to my vehicle.
