So very convenient!!! Lot is just off the highway. I was promptly picked up at my car, helped with luggage, and delivered right to the Delta terminal. We use them all the time.
I like that it's convenient. I didn't like the driver for my shuttle. I couldn't find my ticket to let him know where I was parked and he was so rude to me. Eventually I found it, but he did not need to be so rude to me. No people skills at all.

I would suggest painting the lanes with arrows or having better signage to exit. We arrived around 1:00AM to pick up our car and although the lighting was good, it was hard to determine where to exit.
We didn't have to wait for pick up when we arrived to park our car nor at the airport when we arrived home. Service was quick and convenient.
