Parking is fine but exiting is not easy. If we don’t pay in advance, the credit card machine never works and we need help exiting. The last time it took three times with a workers help to get out.

I like the location on the lot because I have a 3 hour drive home and the access to the interstate is close when I leave.

This was my first time using off-site parking at PHL. I chose The Parking Spot due to its proximity to the airport and daily cost. When I arrived (at ~4am), there was an employee standing at the gate who patiently explained where I needed to go and provided clear instructions with how I needed to get there. The shuttle came by after a very short wait, and although I was one of the first to get picked up, the driver quickly made the rounds and got us off to the terminal. On my return trip, the shuttle was outside of baggage claim almost immediately after I collected my bags, and the driver got us back to the lot and to our cars quickly.

I was concerned that parking off-site would add a significant amount of time to our trip but it did not. Instead it made traveling easier and less burdensome for our family.
