My last visit I was at my parked vehicle for 17-18 minutes before I decided to walk up to the front gate. I was parked on row 2 space 40, located at the far NE side of your property. Once I arrived at the front gate there were two empty vans parked. Another van was just arriving and the driver told me I would need to wait on the next bus. Suffice to say I missed my departure.
This was not a good experience.

They took good care of my bike, even recommending me to park it close to the gate so they could keep an eye on it. If I fly from Hobby again, I will absolutely park there.

It took me a couple of tries to figure out the website, but it works for me now. The employees at the gate are very nice and so are the shuttle drivers I have had. The shuttles are timely to the airport, but several times I have had to wait longer than I would like for the return shuttles.

Earning points that help decrease the cost on future parking. It's so convenient and we especially appreciate that the shuttles run so often and pickup/drop-off at the car and drivers are so helpful and polite.
We have problems with the scanners almost every time. It's not clear where you are actually supposed to hold your QR code.
Additionally, the last visit, the screen gave a message to scan our AAA card and after digging and finally finding the card, the attendant came over to say 'oh, it says that to everyone with that discount' so that was frustrating to us and the folks behind us
