The easy of parking

Love Field was so easy to get in and out of using the Parking Spot service, if every flight I needed to take flew out of Love, I would use it every time. I had nearly zero wait time to speak of either getting picked up at my car for transport to the terminal, or on my return trip back to my vehicle. The price was right, and the service was just a bonus.

Price and efficiency.

Easy to use app. Always have an actual person to assist with any problems on-site. Great covered parking.

Easy to check-in. The driver was at our spot as soon as we arrived and the driver was very helpful and pleasant.

Near airport, good shuttle service

we appreciate the competitive cost over the ATL onsite. Also the Driver was extremely helpful as we left a bag on the bus and had to scramble back to retriev. He had already coordinated with dispatch and it was waiting at the onsite office. Many thanks!

Fast and effective

There never is a wait at the parking lot for a shuttle ride to the airport. The drivers also are helpful and courteous. The lot is safe and there never is a problem finding a parking space

Was upgraded to covered parking for free.

I've always had great success with this particular parking spot. The staff are awesome. I do have a very belated story to share and I hope it finds its way to the staff or GM there. It's something I should have sent to corporate ages ago.

Back in the spring, my son and I were scheduled on for a flight around 1PM and I had pre-paid and booked the Hayes parking spot location. We were going to be gone for several days, so the price was roughly $225 if I recall. At roughly 11AM that day, my son's school went on what would be a 4.5 hour lock down. There was grave concern that 2 students had weapons and needless to say, not only were we all terrified, it is even more terrifying when your child is texting you that they're crouched down in a closet.

I called the Parking Spot and as I started to explain why we weren't going to show up, I just burst into tears from the stress. The stress of what was going on at his school, the stress of moving the flights, the stress of the costs...all of it.

The GM (a gentleman whose name I can't recall) was absolutely amazing. He was patient, pulled up the reservation, cancelled it-refunded the costs (we now had to fly out of La Guardia) and not only wished me well but shared my fears as a parent. He said it was no trouble, and I quote, "You have bigger things to worry about, this shouldn't be one."

I meant to drop off or send some sweets with a big thank you but life got in the way. That said, I hope it's clear, that that SINGLE act of kindness has made me a parking spot client for good.

No problems. Easy process in and out. Reasonable price.

I have used them for many years and keep coming back to them because they are convenient. I have never had any problems with them.

Except for the construction that is causing people to wind around the parking lot, the service was very good. Drivers were helpful. I didn't have to wait very long to be picked up when I was leaving.
Coming back there was a lengthy delay but that was due to the east side of DIA being shut down. I think you could have planed a little better for that. I had to wait for 3 other shuttles to arrive and load before getting onto the 4th one.

Wonderful service, the drivers are always helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable.
I have been using the parking spot for about the last 4 years and would highly recommend them.
