It was my first time trying the Parking Spot. Reserving and paying online was easy, arrival to the lot and parking was also easy. The shuttle service had minimal wait time and got me to the terminal quickly. I would definitely do the Parking Spot again, it was half the cost of the airport parking !

It is quick and easy to book a spot and there always seems to be a bus ready to take me to the airport and one ready to pick me up at the airport and take me back to my car.

We were leaving terminal C, and the drop off at 6:00am was smooth as silk. Be prepared for delays in pickup due to construction. Parking Rates were nice too

We love that a driver picks you right up at your car. They are always helpful with loading and unloading luggage. Drivers are kind and friendly. Never have to wait very long for pick up at airport, and the price is good
The covered parking is great. The shuttle service could use a little work with some of the drivers but overall it’s been a positive experience. The rewards system is great as well. I feel like my car is safe where it is parked. I use covered parking as the spots are a little wider to avoid door dings.
