The convenience of location, time, ease of which we can get through the airport construction. They are always on time and that is important when you are flying.

Quick, easy and reliable.

So easy and convenient! While traveling one winter we realized we were always waiting for a shuttles and waiting in the cold over 15-20 minutes with small children is just not ideal. We noticed the parking spot customers didn't have to wait because their shuttles were plentiful and not over crowded. We made the switch and have been pleased ever since.

Good prices; deals from time to time. The bus picks me up at my car and drops me at the Terminal Door - convenient. There's someone monitoring the parking lot.

We have a daughter in a wheelchair so it's a little extra time but we've learned to drop my wife and daughter at the curbside checkin, get everyone's boarding pass; then they start toward the gate while I park at The Parking Spot and catch my bus back to the terminal. Coming home, everything is in reverse. We all get to baggage claim, slide the suitcases out to the curb; they wait a few minutes while I catch a bus (I don't schlep my suitcase, it stays with the girls), I come back to the terminal to load the bags and wheelchair and we're off for home.

Speaking of deals, we watch for E-Mails with the deals, prepay to park, save some money and messing around on travel day. It works well for us.

Friendly staff, great locations, lots of buses, I don't have to wait long for a bus at the airport.

I've been coming here for years and enjoy the leisure of getting in and getting out when you want to, no problems at all. And the people who drive the buses are very nice and the people when you check in and check out her also extremely nice willing to help you if you've been a first time visitor or 100 time visitor.

Easy to park, picked up right away and when we came back to CMH, the van was there when we walked out of the airport!! Back to our car in 10 minutes!! Will definitely use the Parking Spot again and will recommend to anyone!!
