The friendly staff and exceptional friendly drivers. The only thing I do not care for is the constant changing of daily price. I have a ton of points and never can I use for 2 or 3 free days parking.

Easy in. Shuttle drivers to and from airport are great. I did have trouble exiting. The kiosk display is split between the kiosk screen and the card reader. I did not notice the prompt from the card reader. I had to get an employee to assist me. We got it sorted out and I was on my way.

I was charged for under covered parking spot which I was not parked. When I called and the customer service representative and she looked it up and agreed that I was correct and credited my account. She was very helpful and understanding.
