What do you like about our services?

I like the convenience of someone telling me where to park vs circling a parking garage or lot. I like that the shuttle comes and picks you up from your car and marks your location for you. I get lost inside of parking garages super easy. The only downfall I had this visit was the return trip. So many people needed the shuttle and they only held so many people. I had to wait 3 shuttles before finally being able to board. And by waiting that was because it was a mad dash race to see where the shuttle was going to stop and trying to line up to get on with everyone else trying to do the same. It was really frustrating after a really long day of traveling.

We love the covered parking. The shuttle drivers are the best. You rarely have to wait for the shuttle to take you to or from the airport. The drivers all have outstanding customer service skills.
The drivers all help you with your luggage. We love how they give us a slip to remind us where we are parked when we return. Outstanding company.

Check in and check out was easy using the CR code. Easy bus drop off, pleasant drivers and helpful with bags. On the way back, I didn't have to call for the bus, they just knew where to find me. Al in all a very good experience! Also, the parking spot is close to the airport so no long drive.
