4 years ago one of my work colleagues told me about "THE PARKING SPOT". What a lucky day for me. The service is great, covered and uncovered parking, 24/7 service at the airports I travel from. The check-in/check-out process is so simple, you can reserve and pay in advance too. Their van drivers are polite and attentive. The vans are clean, air-conditioned timely. I will never park in a public or airport lot when I can choose The Parking Spot.

I like the reservation system and app. On the day I parked my car, I liked that the prompt service and drop off shuttle bus to Terminal C. On the day I returned to pick up my car, I started waiting around 12:15am and had to wait about 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick me up. By the time the shuttle bus dropped me off at my parking spot it was a little past 1:00am. I like that the app I can see the shuttle bus is coming but waiting 30 minutes is a bit too long.

Very easy to get in and out of. Shuttle was right there upon arrival to load up luggage and transport to the airport. Same thing upon return. Both drivers were great and personable. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing airport parking.
