We've parked at the Spot for years, but we used the new west side for the first time and we read some not so great reviews, but we had zero issues. We parked, were picked up within 5-7 minutes, driver was great. Coming home we had just missed the shuttle but still only had to wait just under 10 minutes for a new one to show up and that ride was a breeze as well. Our car was safe and still there. Will keep using the Spot!

This time the driver was very efficient both ways picked us up on time. We didn’t have to wait. I also need a bottle of water when we arrived. It was very hot. It was nice too be given a bottle of water.

Every employee I interacted with was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. The moment I parked, a shuttle was already waiting in my row to pick us up. The driver loaded all of our luggage onto the shuttle, which made the process so much easier.

The trip home was just as seamless. I opened the app, and it automatically alerted them to my location, even though I accidentally exited through the wrong airport door. We were picked up promptly, the driver loaded our luggage onto the shuttle, and when we arrived at my SUV, he even placed our bags inside for us. Before we left, he wished us a safe trip home and told us to have a great day.

The entire experience took so much stress out of traveling. As a first-time solo traveler with my kids, that meant more than I can say. This company made everything simple from start to finish.

It is easy to book parking and we like the covered parking. The bus to the airport is always very prompt and there is usually an easy return to pick up your car.

Easy!!! Pick up within 2 minutes of parking everytime. All of the drivers have been very cool.

Everything went smooth for us, except for the pickup. We got to the pickup point in Terminal C, a gentleman was waiting for the North Shuttle bus. He said he'd been waiting for about 25 minutes. He said he had called the number at the North parking spot and no one would answer. I tried calling the same number while I was waiting for my bags, and also got no answer. By the time my wife and I arrived at the pickup point, the North bus came by within about 10 minutes. Otherwise, all went well.
