Very convenient service to and from the terminals. Shuttle drivers are very friendly and courteous. I feel safe parking and securing my car at either of the Parking Spot locations.

The only problem was on calling to tell them we were back at BNA, my paperwork was in my luggage (in the plane) and I only had the order number on a screenshot on my phone. The gal at the desk was not the most pleasant saying she could ONLY look up the number using the ticket number on the paperwork. She was able to scan the same barcode (that the order insisted would be needed) when I arrived at your facility to pick up the vehicle.... that was a bit disatisfying and frustrating on returning home from a fabulous trip away!

Very helpful employees who explained everything to me. Both shuttle drivers were VERY kind, informative, and offered to wait while I made sure that my car would start up. It is a complicated system and I am an older woman traveling alone, but the employees made it easy for me.

I was referred by a family member who's use The Parking Spot before, and I was super pleased! The app is easy to use, and it was very convenient to be picked up at my car (with covered parking!) and taken to the airport without having to deal with all the traffic myself! When I got back, I didn't have to wait very long for a ride back to my car either. The app even showed my location and where the shuttle was on its way to me. Very convenient and totally worth it! Thank you.
