Customer service. Bus there as soon as I arrived. Having someone at the entrance/exit booth. I know if I have any problems they are very helpful-/not stuck at gate. Buses go often through the terminal cutting down long wait times

Reservations were easy, the valet service was great especially when you depart or land at odd hours of the day. I landed at LAX very late past midnight and used the call feature and the shuttle arrived quickly which was great after a long delayed flight.
