The lady who greeted me upon arrival was very friendly and out a smile on my face. The parking spaces were a good size as well. When I returned from my trip I left my bag on one of your busses and not only was it returned to me whole that same lady (I believe it was her. Her voice sounded familiar) took my call and assured me she had it safe in the office for me to pick up. She’s a gem of an employee and I believe her name was Crystal.

The only problem was on calling to tell them we were back at BNA, my paperwork was in my luggage (in the plane) and I only had the order number on a screenshot on my phone. The gal at the desk was not the most pleasant saying she could ONLY look up the number using the ticket number on the paperwork. She was able to scan the same barcode (that the order insisted would be needed) when I arrived at your facility to pick up the vehicle.... that was a bit disatisfying and frustrating on returning home from a fabulous trip away!

Efficient

Very helpful employees who explained everything to me. Both shuttle drivers were VERY kind, informative, and offered to wait while I made sure that my car would start up. It is a complicated system and I am an older woman traveling alone, but the employees made it easy for me.

Parking was easy to find. Check in and out was perfect. All shuttles were always available.
