Team is friendly, great rate and easy in and out. Plus the free water is always welcome. I kind of miss the old days of a free newspaper in the morning, but also realize that nobody really reads the paper any more! It was just a nice pre-flight touch.
There was a bus to pick us up a soon as we parked and when we arrived home it was only a couple of minutes until the bus came to pick us up. We will definitely use your service again and recommend it to our friends and family.
The drivers are always great and efficient. They always get us to and from our terminal asap. No complaints on any of the booking process to picking up our vehicle. If I had any feedback it would be that the people at the gate always seem like they are not happy, never have been friendly to us or even a hello. They just bark out a row to park on.

fast pickup and helpful drivers
It was very convenient to use The Parking Spot. The van was there ready to pick me up and take me to the terminal when I arrived. The van was also there ready to take me back to my car when I returned from my trip. Then when I was leaving they had water available for my ride home which was FANTASTIC!
