The convenience, safety and customer service.

I normally have great customer service at this location. However, when I arrived on November 6th, that was not the case. I parked and got my luggage out of the car. I watched as 3 different buses passed me - none of which were full. One even picked up someone on the aisle next to mine. After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked up to the main entrance and spoke to the attendant. She offered no assistance. She only questioned where I was standing and that the driver probably had a full load and needed to drop people off. I could plainly see the buses were not full. I decided to stay at the entry with all of my luggage as to not be passed up again! This delay escalated the delay at the airport due to the flight limitations from the government shutdown. I was forced to RUN to my gate to catch my flight - with a heart condition! My advice is to increase your customer service training. The attendant was condescending and offered no resolution. At the minimum, she should have contacted a driver to expedite the pick up.

The ease of parking and the frequency of shuttles

I like tge eaze if getting in and out. I also like it is on one level.

I recently made arrangements to park at the century parking and the experience was easy and my car was ready when I returned. The valet was excellent.

We have been using parking spot two for quite a number of years. We have never encountered a problem. The buses run very regularly and the drivers are always extremely professional. We’ve never had a wait an excessive length of time to get the bus to and from the airport Thank you.

Never mad when I choose The Parking Spot during a trip. Thank you for continuing to make it easy for me to park. From the QR code to enter when I arrive and depart, to a driver being very close and ready to go, to frequent pick-ups when I return, you do it all well.
This last time I traveled during the shut-down and almost had my trip cancelled - I learned about your cancellation/change policy well within the 24 hour period before travel - and realized I had no idea how to change a reservation if I needed to.
Also, I hadn't realized that there are different pick-up spots for the South lot when you are waiting for the shuttle at DIA - maybe the driver could let the guests know that there are multiple pick-up locations based on where you parked so that you don't miss the shuttle.
