Spot 2 has been great to use for several years. However, lately it seems they must be having some staffing issues.....not able to get drivers? We have had to wait several times for a bus to become available....one out and one returning. Hopefully this will be resolved. Our last visit was fine, but I now add extra time to my reservation to avoid possibly being late for a flight.

It's very convenient and affordable. It saves you time from finding a ride to the airport and back from the airport after you get back from a trip. I recommend it to anyone that's traveling multiple days and doesn't have anyone to drop them off or pick them up at the airport .

Never a problem parking at Haynes. Shuttle is always at the airport within a few minutes of your landing. They drive you right to your car in the lot. The staff is very nice, always. It's the best place to park.

I like the app that is provided to use to schedule a reservation and also paying for my stay at checkout. The app also lets me track the location of the shuttles. Having the capability to store a picture of my parking spot under the specific parking lot is great. Previously, I had to take a photo of the parking spot with my phone, but would often not remember which parking lot it was if I lost the original parking ticket.
