The Parking Spot is safe, convenient, and fast shuttle service to the airport. It's easy to reserve a spot and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle.
Close proximity to airport, ease of pick up at car. Pick up at the airport went perfectly and efficiently even at late hours of the night.

Parking spot 2 was great. A little hidden secret almost and not what I assumed. I was worried about not being in a garage but the location was very well protected from the sun and elements. We were picked up and dropped off at our vehicle by the shuttle and had phenomenal drivers. I will likely be taking the additional savings and 1 story parking over the valet and car wash offered at parking spot 1. If you have never tried parking spot 2, try it, it’s nothing to scoff at. We will park there again soon!
Every time I gave used the Parking Spot I have always had wonderful service except for my return this time. Zero help with my luggage out of the van. He was more in a rush to unload everyone. Definitely not what im used to and what I tell people as to why I use the Parking Spot all the time. I talk about the courtesy and the safety I feel. Did not feel safe this time getting to my car.

You’re the only place I use when traveling. Location, very easy to drop off my car and when I return from my trip. I make a phone and my vehicle is waiting for me when I arrive. Can’t get much easier!
I liked the ease of scheduling and being able to drive in and drive out without waiting for someone to open the gate. Also the drivers were very courteous and helpful in taking you to your car.

You guys do a really good job. I like the app having the QR code for entry and exit, as well as the apps visibility of shuttles on the way for pickup. Customer service from the drives is also great - pickup and dropoff at my car. We'll continue to use you for all of our trips.
