We loved everything, from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we noticed the excellent organization and coordination of the parking. They guide you to your parking space, and the shuttle buses run regularly to take you to the airport. The same is true on the way back; all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our first time at The Parking Spot. It was fairly easy to understand how to find a parking spot, and how to check in and out.
As a very long term customer, 18 years parking with you. Service is great, the people are so friendly and its always clean.
BUT, very disappointed that during the holiday you doubled the price. I understand supply and demand, but as a 18 year customer I felt taken advantage of. I had to use all the points I've accumulated to stay with you this time because the price was double. I would have ended up paying around $250 for 5 days......
