I have been scheduling with The Parking Spot for coming up on 14 years now. I love opportunities to make reservations months early, the ease of making updates to the reservation without additional charged fees. We have no control over flight delays, you are not hit with the extra fees! I have several family members that have joined due to my longevity with the Parking Spot!!!
Most of all for Me , the Staff are wonderful, friendly and hospitable. I always am made to feel welcomed when entering and leaving from my stay.

The shuttle was quick and efficient without compromising safety. The representative was able to direct me to the pick-up location when I called.

The App is easy to use so booking in advance is straightforward and loyalty program is simple and fair.
The facility is huge so there is always a convenient spot. Buses are frequent and easy to find for arrivals and departure.

The buses do seem to have been refreshed and in better state of repair than on other occasions.

Customer service during the busy Thanksgiving season was wonderful. I arrived early and got to park ahead of the reservation time. Pick up was quick and return to my car was quick and easy. I really appreciate the excellent service!

Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. We left a light on in our car and ran to the building for help. They had us out of there in minutes.

We loved everything, from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we noticed the excellent organization and coordination of the parking. They guide you to your parking space, and the shuttle buses run regularly to take you to the airport. The same is true on the way back; all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
