Same on return trip!!
Friendly drivers. Frequency of pick up. Ease of scheduling a reservation.
Smooth operation. Thanks!
The ease of parking. Staff is extremely helpful. I love when I pull of to self park the van is right there. It makes the first part of travelling very easy.
convenience, availability of dropoff and pick shuttles. Courteous drivers.
Quick pick ups
Pickup at our car, help with luggage, usually quick pick-up upon return at airport and being dropped right at our car plus the coveted parking. We do NOT like the automated checkout at all and the lack of a receipt. I was told the receipt would be e-mailed, it was not.
I like how close you are to the airport. I like how many shuttles you have.
90% of the time they are fast and efficient.
Convenient and fairly priced
Easy to use. They are very professional and timely. Much cheaper that airport parking
The only complaint I have is that the shocks seem to be gone in all the vans. Sitting in the vans is a ROUGH ride. We use the Parking Spot every time we travel, so it's fine but I'd recommend some work done on the vans.
Easy & very accommodating. Very friendly & reliable staff. Shuttles are clean & modern. Drivers are always friendly & very helpful. Highly recommended. Use the one on 98th in Oakland every time we fly out of Oakland airport.
10 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also good deal if you download the app & register.

Easy to get a spot. Easy access and good communication. Shuttles are always there right away or within minutes so you can judge the time to arrive for flights.
Extremely convenient and reasonably priced.

The gate associate that I met on the morning of Friday 10/2/2026 was also there when I returned on Monday morning 10/5/2026 and she is a treasure! Extremely helpful, friendly, patient, and very customer oriented. Wish I had her name. Think she spoke with a slight African accent. Just a jewel and great ambassador for Parking Spot # 1 at Love Field Dallas!
Closeness to the airport, speed of getting from the parked car to the airport
It was easy to check in, get picked up and dropped off. I was very easy and did not have to wait long
ease of parking and the help of the drivers to load my luggage
It is close to the airport and easy to use.

Fast shuttle service but maybe "too fast"!? Rough ride braking & accelerating! Hang on!
Easy drop off, quick transport to and from the airport. Friendly service.
The pick up is in consistent depending on terminal
