The covered parking in Phoenix is very nice, the shuttle is always right there as I park, the pick-up at the airport is fast, the cold water while leaving was very nice

Some improvements needed - working AC on your buses and 3 trips in a row I have had to wait for my car. When I returned the last time there was only one valet working and 4 of us waited. He was working hard, just needed some help.

The easy and quick way to park and get right on a shuttle and on our way to the airport. We made reservations this time because of a bad experience during 4th of July weekend and not being able to find a spot for our car. We will always make reservations now.
