I feel safe, especially when traveling alone. I know you are ALWAYS open. I don't have to figure it out when I get there. Your prices are fair. Your service is consistent - I know what to expect. Your employees are generally very helpful and usually polite.

I work at AZ and last December there was a vendor fair. I took the spot parking information but informed the gentleman that I've been parking at Expresspark for 20 years.

Expresspark shortly after that clearly reduced the number of buses and didn't have any buses circling the airport. The last time I parked at Expresspark was months ago & it took me 55 minutes from the airport to my car at the lot.

Spot Parking is easy and efficient w multiple buses. My wait time is certainly under 10 minutes. Your drivers are courteous and helpful and the check in & out greeters are amazing.

I'm now a loyal customer at The Parking Spot, south lot! Big shout out to the guys that work there! They put a smile on my face every time I see them.

The frequency of the shuttles to and from the airport.

The shuttles are usually very prompt in picking up at the parked car and it is an easy in, easy out. The less busy times, though, seem to cause slower communication to the shuttle drivers, too, as far as pick up wait time. That would be my biggest complaint, causing a less than 10 score.

Love my Parking Spot Fly, I have been using this location for 25 years, when it changed to The Parking Spot it was a game changer, they have done so much to improve the facility. I absolutely love it.

It is convenient and pick-up is generally quick, even during busy times.

Parking Spot has plenty of shuttles and they arrive and depart in a timely manner more often than not. Drivers are courteous and exhibit safe driving to and from the parking lot and airport.

Parking Spot FLY is a marked improvement from the slipshod and poor service previously provided by Park and Fly.
