Convenience
Prompt. Many buses so little wait time.
It is dependable. After long flights I step out with my bags and am picked up within 10 to 15 minutes.
I have full confidence that I will arrive at the airport on time as shuttles always are waiting as I park my car.
I do wish that The Spot would give coupons or occasional discounts to loyal customers.

It was an easy process. We chose the cheaper option, which meant not getting picked up at our car, but we got lucky and got a handicap spot not far from the bus stop pick up location. Be prepared to tip the drivers.
