The parking ability the only thing I don’t like for parking spot 2 is the wait time at the airport waiting for the shuttle to take you back to pick your car.

Pricing is crazy anymore, but your customer service is excellent.
Close to airport, shuttles run frequently and are usually clean with friendly drivers. The QR code is a simple tool, but it can be hard to get the reader to recognize the square; also, a way to easily insert the QR code once parking is purchased online into the iPhone Wallet would be helpful as well.
Check in and checkout with QR code, quickness of shuttle pickup and drop off, excellent email and text communication.
The drivers are friendly and helpful! I also love the convenience.
