Very convenient to have someone pick you up at your car, drop you right at the terminal, the pick you up after your flight and take you back to your car. It is much safer for someone traveling alone. Shuttle is usually there in just a minute or so. Thank you to the staff that is so friendly and helpful

Very good. No issues. The app was a little confusing though. It showed the shuttle locations, but did not allow me to request pickup (a pop-up came up and stated to call). I was expecting a button or something like that to show up.
