When we arrived back in SLC there was a lot of people waiting at the pick up spot and the service staff immediately called more buses to the airport to transfer them back to the parking lot. Thank you. It was hot outside and the driver even said they didn’t want us to be out in the heat. So awesome.

I like that I never have to wait very long at all when I arrive and park before a shuttle bus is there to pick me up. I also do not have to wait too long to be picked up at the airport to get back to me car. I love The Parking Spot. And the drivers have all been very friendly with good customer service.

It is a great place to park. The shuttles are clean air conditioned, roomy. The drivers have always been excellent. We never have to wait long at pick up or at arrival back to the airport for a shuttle.

Love being picked up and returned where I parked my car. Staff is always friendly and helpful, especially with getting my luggage on the shuttle! Also love that staff provide me with a card letting me know where I'm parked for when I return!

Everything went great
The drivers that picked us up were all very nice and helpful. They're great at their job! They remember everybody's stop and which bags belonged to which passenger to quickly grab them for us without asking or waiting.
Great service and convenient parking. The shuttle driver let me know where to park as soon as I pulled in the lot and was there immediately to pick me up - no waiting. And when I returned to the airport, I waited less than 5 minutes for the Parking Shuttle. I also love that they give a card with my parking spot number and make it easy to hand the card to the driver on the way back. I will definitely use the Parking Spot again!
