I like how quickly I am able to get from the parking lot to the airport, and how efficiently I get picked up upon my return. The drivers have always been friendly and helpful. The covered parking lot is great. It is easy to maneuver and well lit. I felt safe for myself and my vehicle. The attendant was quick to pick us up once we parked. The tickets we receive with our parking spot number is great because who remembers where they parked??!! Once we arrived back from our trip, the location of pickup is easy to access. The driver made sure we were dropped off right at our vehicle. The whole system gets a thumbs up from me. We will continue to use The Parking Stop in the future.

I was reluctant to the change from USAirport as I’ve been parking with them for 15+ years. And the whole reservation thing was throwing me for a loop.
Ok, I gave up and downloaded the App, made a reservation for a recent trip, saved some money in the process, etc.
It was really straightforward and the experience on-site was very smooth. So yeah, it’s been an improvement. The additional covered parking is very welcomed too. Good job — your people also seem great especially the shuttle drivers.
