Usually, I had good experiences in the past. However, this time, I was not that happy. I booked valet (as I always do). When I called from the terminal I thought that it would have been adequate. When I got off the shuttle, my car was not there. It was early morning and very cold. I had to wait a couple of minutes, the person was not very friendly. In addition, the windshield was iced and I had to clean it,before I could start to drive. I expected abetterservice.

Checking in was easy. Staff helped me in. Bus picked me up immediately. Picked me up quickly when I arrived. Dropped me off at my car. Staff helped me check out and leave. Excellent service.
