We appreciate the professionalism of the drivers and their willingness to assist us with luggage and foldable wheelchair. We always unload at the curb, and my husband parks the van. When we return, the driver is always willing to assist loading my wheelchair, so my husband does not have to make two trips to pick me up. We appreciate the fact that the vehicle is covered, behind a fence in a secure area. Much better than parking in the airport parking lot.

The lady in the booth is always so friendly and helpful! And she gave us a bottle of water when we were leaving, which was such a pleasant surprise! I was so thirsty, and it made my day when she offered me a bottle. The shuttle is always nearby, and I never have to wait long for it to pick me up at the airport. Love the parking spot!

Everything was so easy and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone. I loved how the shuttle tracked me and knew where to pick me up, both in the lot and at the air port. The drivers are so nice and take your luggage for you and store them on the van. Seriously, if you are on the fence, don’t be. Choose them!

The convenience. Quick drop off and pick up at the airport. Drivers were nice. The only thing is the last truck for pick up the back windows sounded like it was to come apart. But other than everything else was fine. I definitely will be referring and using again. My oldest daughter referred us.
