Your people are very accomodating and helpful! Right there to grab our bags from our car. Always punctual. Nice facility with ample space. It feels very safe to leave our car there while we are out of town. Nice touch offering free water upon our departure!
The people who work at the entrance and exit booths are courteous and helpful. The shuttle bus usually arrives to pick me up within minutes of parking my car. The amount charged is competitive with other parking lots, and The Parking Spot is convenient for me to use.
Pick and drop exactly at car; plus most important phone call was answered immediately and actioned at airport .

My only suggestion is: make it easier to tip the driver. Nobody has cash anymore.

I like the knowledge the shuttle drivers have of the layout of the airport. My only complaint is that I purchased a Groupon for covered parking but the morning of our trip realized I hadn’t made reservations. The attendant when I arrived helped me book reservations quickly and was very helpful. But when I returned, another attendant was not able to apply the promo code for the five days of parking. Therefore, unfortunately I paid $75 plus $160 for five days of parking. This was obviously my mistake and I take responsibility for that, but it would have been nice if the attendant could have at least applied the promo code to either reduce the total amount due or honor the Groupon.
