The convenience and safety. The transporting and promptness to get you to and from the airport. Parking Spot was recommended by family members and we started using it and have never used anyplace else. I recommend it to everyone I know.

What do you like about our services?

Everything was smooth and professional. One of the shuttle bus drivers was the sweetest and kindnest people! I love that you have water when I exit. I was very thirsty, and the weather was bad.

Been using them for years and have always been satisfied with the quality. When you check in at the gate they notify a driver to pick you up. The drivers have always been very nice and helpful getting your bags to you at your gate. Thank you

I love the convenience of the Parking Spot! The shuttle picks you up promptly after parking and takes you to the curb at the airport! When you return from your travels, you just go to the pickup spot and are picked up within 10 minutes. Then you're quickly back to your own vehicle to drive home!! Once we discovered this, we use it most every time we travel, no more asking friends and family to take time out of their busy schedules!!

Making reservation online was easy and when we arrived and scanned in we drove to our assigned space and we were picked up immediately. Driver was very nice and helped with our bags. Returning was just as efficient. Would definitely use again.

The driver that picked us up about midnight Wednesday evening was the most courteous, polite and helpful ever. He even got out of the van in your lot to put my rather large suitcase into my vehicle. Remarkable service I will not forget.
