We love that our car is under cover. No snow/ice to scrap. The vans were readily available. The only issue we had was that the app didn’t really work late at night. It said to “click here” to let them know we arrived, but we ended up having to call. The van came right away, but probably because other people called before we did.

Overall, we will always park there when we travel. The staff was very courteous and got us to and from the airport in a very timely manner.

My husband and I recently used the Hayes Parking Spot that services Newark Liberty airport. We booked the reservation a few weeks ahead of time and decided to use the valet outdoor parking. We arrived and was extremely satisfied with the efficient and friendly staff. The staff was informative and told us everything we needed to know. When we arrived back at Newark, we had already been informed by text that our car was being warmed up and was ready for us. We waited maybe 2 minutes outside. The shuttle pulled up and we were on our way. This was a very satisfying experience and we will use this service again without hesitation. One other point, we left out of terminal C but returned to terminal A forty-five minutes earlier and the Parking Spot kept track of all of it.

Very little wait and drivers very helpful. Have always used superpark and last January we waited out in very cold weather with 3 children for almost an hour for a bus so my son suggested The Parking Spot for this family trip and was a great experience, will only use it going forward.

I like how the shuttle comes and picks me up at my car when I arrive at the lot. I like getting a card with my Parking Spot number on it. I like how the driver loads my luggage for me and I like having water available when I leave a lot.

Easy to use dependable service

Covered parking in bad weather is a great benefit. Drop off right in front is great. Pickup upon return was a little dicey because the app can tracker didn’t work, but the phone system was ok, and we didn’t have to wait very long on a very cold night around 10:30.
