I’ve used parking spot for years and service has been terrific! This time not so good! I had no issues checking in, located my spot and waited and waited for a bus! Another couple parked next to me and we waited and waited ! Bus came down other covered drive but never came our way! Time of wait 20 min! Glad I had time at airport return pick up timely as usual! I will still book again and see if it’s better! TY

Always a positive experience. The shuttle basically follows you to your parking for pick up. The app has functionality to report you are landed and at the pick up spot so they can come by. The drivers are all friendly and happy to help you. Highly recommend

Park and fly spot is very efficient. I have been traveling for work and parking my car at Park and fly since 1999.. The lot is run very efficiently with very friendly and quick drivers. They are also very patient and kind the attendance at the front are also very helpful thank you oasis. I always feel safe parking my car in your lot.

Covenant pretty quick shuttles.

Convenient to terminal at Hobby. Usually there are timely shuttles when I arrive home.

Prices have substantially increased just like everything else, but still better than parking onsite at the airport. I have been parking here for years and always go back because of the good and reliable service. Love the features available with the app. Also, had my car detailed on my last visit. Best detail ever. Made it a point to call and let them know. Thank you, Parking Spot!
