Great place in St. Louis to park. Friendly drivers.
Good shuttle service always room to park. Very close to the airport in St. Louis.
I highly recommend The Parking Spot!
We had to change our plans twice due to a death in the family. Our car had to be there for 2 weeks, I had no problem changing the date and we could pick up our car, and everything went smooth, and our car was just as it was when we left it.
Excellent location and service provided here.
Good Location, efficient shuttle, fair price
Easy service - getting to book and getting the best rate could br improved. - complicated, confusing
Overall great -
great on ground service people on site lication. 😀😀😀
1st time using the Parking Spot. I thought it was great. When we dropped the car off the shuttle was there as soon as we had our luggage out. Coming back we had a little bit of a wait to get picked up. It was definitely better than trying to use the airport shuttles to the parking areas. Plus it drops you off right at your vehicle.
Thae people who work there are so nice
The Lady who driving the ride on Thursday afternoon was very RUDE.
I like the safety first and foremost. Its nice to have option of covered parking and love the simplicity of the shuttle. I will say the last few times I have had to wait longer to be picked up at my car upon arrival to go to the airport, but not on return. That would be my only concern. Growing and not sufficient shuttle busses?
Fsdy, easy convenient
Always on time and very nice.

It was easy to get to and shuttle drivers and the lovely lady at the gate were not only polite but also very helpful.
