It was close to the freeway and didn't have to fight airport traffic. Did have to stand in the cold at pick up as shuttle passed by me in opposite lane

Excellent service! Very helpful staff. I have used this service a couple of times when I fly out of Miami. The location is minutes from the airport and the fee is reasonable. Everything is always ready after making your booking. The app is easy to use. I feel my car is kept in a safe environment. I am taken to the airport in a prompt manner and pickup is quick upon arrival. My car was parked in receiving area, ready for me to go as soon as I stepped into the building. No waiting! Would definitely use again!
