Easy location, great parking, convenient shuttle, friendly staff

I like the prompt shuttle service and the assistance with luggage.

Good location, shuttle is very efficient and drivers are helpful and kind. Price is reasonable and was very happy that when my plan was slightly delayed I wasn’t charged any extra. Entry and exit system works well and is efficient, web site is easy to use to make reservations and payments.

Was easy to check in with the code. Parking spots were easily identifiable and when we parked the shuttle was right there. On the return, called shuttle when departing plane, was there to pick us up just as we arrived, dropped us off right at the car and again code lets us out quickly. could not have asked for an easier process.

Shuttle is prompt with transporting and picking up.

Great location that's easy to get to. It looks like you are remodeling the parking lot. The problem I had was when I returned from my trip and got to my car I ended up driving around for 5-10 minutes trying to find an exit to get out of the lot. There were no exit signs posted to guide you out of the lot.

Seems like the Parking Spot West is well organized because we didn't have any problem getting to the lot, parked well on the covered parking area and immediately were picked up by shuttle and we were taken to airport. Completely satisfied.

I love being picked up and dropped off at my car. No dragging luggage across a huge parking lot! Drop off and pickup at the airport is very easy and convenient.

The professionalism of the staff. Everyone is wonderful. Leaving the car there was one less stress we had. You can go on vacation & not worry about it. The van was right outside the terminal & by the time we got to the parking garage our car was waiting with the hatch open for the luggage. Now that's what I call service! We didn't lift a finger. We used the Parking Spot twice in the last three months & extremely satisfied with them. Thanks again!!

It was extremely cold outside, and a group of us with small children were waiting. Although the bus that arrived wasn’t ours, she kindly allowed our children to stay on board and keep warm until our bus arrived. She truly was an angel. She advised us about the app feature that shows you were on the route the other bus was as well. Customer service is top-tier.

The covered parking was excellent, and the shuttle driver was very attentive.

Driver (Norman) is truly a kind human being who helped us on the evening of the Monster Storm. -1/24/2026. After a day of flying home from San Diego, these two 73 year olds, and our 94 yr old Mama needed his help and he went out of his way to help us that night. Thanks Norm!!

Our only problem was the snow plow, plowed our car in with 2 feet of snow! Had a heck of a time getting out.

Staff is friendly. No issues getting to terminal or getting picked up. Great experience.
