The process is so easy. We book the stay, drive the car in, show our App, get taken to the airport, get picked up when we return and the car is waiting for us. No checkout or wait. I love it.

My only recommendation would be to update your checkout equipment so that we can tap our cards. I have had an issue trying to get the swipe to read my card every time I have used this location.

On 1/25/26 I arrived to a ice laden DFW airport around 6pm. The driver of your shuttle was extra courteous. My car battery had succumbed to the 3 days of freezing weather. He went back to the office to get equipment to jump the battery. But...we couldn't get the hood open because we couldn't get the door open because the battery was dead. He then loaded our luggage back in the shuttle and let us out at the office while we waited for Triple A Rescue. I wish I had his name because he was brilliantly courteous, professional and kind.
On another note, I noticed that management in the office had brought in food for the overnight and weekend staff while they worked thru the ice storm. That's good employee care!

The customer service was A1 top tier! Starting with the gatekeeper; it was my 1st time parking in the lot without my husband. I wish I had gotten her name, but she took my phone, scanned the QR code for me & instructed me on where I should park. She called the shuttle driver who was there to pick me up before I could even get all my luggage out the car. Sorry, but I didn't get his name either. My driver was a veteran, also, so he understood my pain when it came to travelling. He loaded our luggage on the bus for us & got us to our arrival gates on time. 10 out of 10 experience overall!
