Quick transit to and from the airport and friendly drivers.
Reliable shuttle, great value, drivers are attentive and courteous
Staff was great. Shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. They only issue I had was the blue UCLA shuttle. I didn't notice the dots and I didn't recognize it without the standart yellow with black dots. I almost missed my shuttle!
Convenient, and the shuttles are always very prompt.
Easy to schedule, drop off, and pickup when I return. Very glad that you have begun having keys to vehicle secured and not just left in the vehicle for anyone to climb in and drive off.
Very efficient and complimentary water on exit.

Spacious, clean, and safe lots. The van service is timely and dependable with very little wait time to and from the airport. Additionally, the price point is competitive and fair. I've recommended The Parking Spot to all of my travel buddies.
I had an issue with being charged both dollars and points and Daniel Sanchez took care of it.
