Location and price
Arrived last Sunday at 8:00 pm with snow all over & 6 degrees. Driver took the 2 large suitcases to the car & waited to ensure the car started after 13 days there. Well done!

The bus was a little cold when we got back and it was about 12:30 pm so I was a little surprised.

I also really appreciated that your reservation system in the app let me extend my parking, as we dealt with multiple flights delays and then a cancellation. Quick, easy and friendly
I was a Colonial Parking customer for 15+ years and at first I was pretty disappointed with the change to The Parking Spot. But over the last several years I've seen better service, friendly and more professional staff and quicker pickups.
I would also like to recognize Melanie from The Parking Spot South who made every effort to contact me to let me know that I left my car running. Without her I would have came back to a dead battery and possibly no gas. Thank you Melanie for going above and beyond.
