It was very easy to reserve my spot. I liked the fact that I did not have to drive all the way to the airport. And the price was reasonable. The lady at the gate gave easy directions to find my spot in basic parking. The shuttle arrived quickly at the shuttle pick up spot.
I did have to wait a little while for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport to go back to my car as I just missed one and it seemed like it took awhile for the next one to show up.
The only frustration was when checking out. The self check out kiosk stated to check out by the qr code or a credit card. I determined it was easier to pull out my credit card than to find the qr code in an email. But that didn't work, so I pulled up to the man in the check out office. I explained my difficulty. He was very short and impatient with me and interrupted me. He did eventually state he wasn't trying to be mean but he came across that way.

My first phone call with a new employee a young man who did everything and then some to explain the process, while multitasking, he kept saying, so sorry I am new and I have to ask someone else to answer your questions correctly. that was fine with me, i was so happy to have this young man help me, bc he made sure the information he was giving me was correct, and didn't guess just to get me off the phone. Good job young man, I wish I could remember your name.

The staff are friendly, the drivers of the shuttles were very helpful, The young lady that picked us up from the airport, I felt so bad she had to pick up all those heavy luggage bags, but she did it!!! She didn't say she couldn't do it, she said "oh I got those bags mamm" wow, what a great employee, The whole process was smooth, convenient and definitely cheaper than parking at the airport thanks so much, will be using you again on my next trip in october.

It's been a bit of a bumpy road lately. Much beyond the control of the Parking Spot. This last outbound trip a large group were waiting for over 20 minutes for a shuttle. One arrived, the driver said he was done for the day (there should have been another driver standing by to take over that shuttle), and the second shuttle arrived and it needed fuel.

The return trip was seamless. The shuttle arrived promptly, the driver was super nice, and went out of his way to help an older couple both at the airport and at the Century location. I am unfortunately forgetting his name.

Huge lot, covered or uncovered, it’s your choice. When I pull into my spot, there is always a van ready to take me to the airport. The driver loads your luggage onto the bus and gives you a card with your row and parking spot spot # on it, When I return, there is always a bus ready to take me back to my car. You give them the card they gave you on departure and they drop you off right at your vehicle. I have never waited more than a couple of minutes. The drive to and from the airport takes about 5-10 mins. Quick, safe, and easy!

Usually easy in and out! Liked it better when the checkout kiosk was more automatic - without the additional payment questions!

I like getting picked up at my car and having someone lift my bag out of the trunk and carry the bag on and off the shuttle bus. I am a senior and it makes flying much easier.

Drivers are courteous, good service on timing, convenient location and app.
