It’s very user friendly. We parked at the lot and the van was right there to take us to the airport. On the return flight that arrived into Bradley Airport late, it took two vans to fit everyone but we didn’t need to wait too long.

We used the app for the first time and loved how it identified where we were and how quickly our van arrived.
Very easy process getting to the airport and back to my vehicle. I only noticed two areas that could improve the experience. First, the lighting at night was minimal — there were some lights, but it wasn’t bright enough to feel fully comfortable. Second, clearer signage at the airport would help a lot. We arrived on an international flight and had trouble figuring out where to go. Thankfully, a driver saw us and stopped, and the ride back was excellent. Overall, very satisfied with the driver experience.
