The Parking Spot is conveniently located, easy to reach, and just a short ride to the airport. I appreciated the driver's help with luggage and her personable manner. The wait time for the return is just a few minutes and there seem to be several shuttles operating at the same time, ensuring that the pick up time is very reasonable.

We've been parking at this location for years, long before it became the Parking Spot. We love the location, it's easy to get to from I-55, parking is always a breeze, the shuttle is quick and convenient, and the price is right. My only complaint is the QR code scanner. We have trouble scanning from either a printed code or a cell phone (we always make sure we have both) at least 50% of the time. The attendant eventually lets us in or out, but I just don't understand why it's always such a problem. Other than that, it's great!

This is the best place to park for the airport. You park. They pick you up at your parking spot and off to the airport you go When you return, they pick you you up from the airport (you don’t even have to call) they drop you off at your spot and that’s it! Sooooo simple
