Everything can be done on the app.
Great, new covered parking! Clean shuttle busses, shuttle bus drivers are courteous and professional, easy payment structure, and awesome rewards. We always use the Parking Spot and recommend to our friends.
We saved a lot of money and honestly the bussing process was really easy! Easier than guilting a friend into pickup.
Convenient, easy to access, polite staff.
Easy and efficient check-in and exit.
It's very convenient...easy to get to and to get out of and close to I-485.
The app is helpful. The QR code for tips is helpful.

Efficiency and timely shuttle to and from the airport!
It was easy to locate with someone at the entrance gate to direct me right to the correct parking area. Immediate availability of ashuttle when I returned and I was returned to my vehicle faster than I could get to the airport parking spot. The drivers are so kind and helpful. This will be my pick every time I go to the airport from now on.
Ease and consistent departure and pickup frequency.
We love the easiness of the parking lot and shuttle pickup right at our car! They are always super nice and help with the luggage!
It's reliable, my car is safe and the service is good. One thing I didn't like on our last trip was that it was hot and the air conditioning did not work. BUT overall it was very good
Quick, pleasant, courteous, helpful and friendly drivers
The reservation stream is easy
Quick service
Easy to book a reservation. Professional and friendly service from gate to shuttle drivers. Prompt pick up and drop off.
This was our first experience with Parking Spot, and they did an outstanding job. We were able to get a fair price by planning in advance, and we felt that the car was very safe with all the gates that required a QR code to gain access. We only waited a few minutes for pickup at the airport, so we'll definitely be back again!
Convenient location.
Patience, courtesy of the staff and efficiency when we returned to their valet parking!
Pick up and drop off! Usual promptness.
Best place to park
Easy! Covered and secure parking. Convenient and quick.
Ez to get pu and drop off
Covered parking. Wait time minimal. Customer service is pretty good. Don’t have to worry about finding a place to park at the airport. Drop off point isn’t to bad.
