Great Customer Service! Everyone was really friendly and it was speedy and easy in valet.

Both of my drivers during my trip were extremely friendly and personable. I didn't have to wait long for the shuttles and each of my drivers helped with my luggage. The driver I had on the way back to my car from the airport arriving home from my trip went above and beyond and even helped me load my luggage into the back of my car. I used to use US Airport Parking before The Parking Spot took over but now I think the service is much better and will be using The Parking Spot West again in the future.

Everything is so smooth!! Found a parking spot, and before I got my suitcases out of the trunk, there was the bus. And then on my return, I didn’t even have to wait. As I came out of the terminal, there was the same driver waiting for me. I have never had such service!!

Timely, professional, courteous service

We are always welcomed in with a smile, told where to park and the pick up is very quick. We do not need to load or unload our luggage. The driver does it. We get a card as a reminder where we parked. We can load that info into our app for convenience when we come home. When we come home we only need to go to the pick up spot and the bus soon arrives. No hassle with anything. On our way out we are given a bottle of water as a welcome home! We love spot parking!

Very easy process from start to finish!!

It was very easy to locate the parking lot. The driver picked us up right from our car and we didn’t have to wait. Pickup was also a breeze

Driver helped us brush snow off and ice off our car. But we forgot to get our bottle of water. I guess you have to do the drive up window instead of the kiosk to get that.

The quick response of pickup to and from the airport. I’m a flight attendant and I appreciate the van running regularly and being prompt. Thank you. I do wish however The Parking Spot would consider monthly covered parking for airport employees. Thank you.
