We appreciate the Courteous service by driver. What I didn’t like was the first van that came to pick us up had a mechanical issue, started smoking, and shut off where it picked us up. We had to unload the vehicle and the driver called another vehicle to pick us up. It appears that the Parking Spot company needs to service its vehicles more often. We didn’t want to imagine what would have happened if the vehicle had stalled on the way back to the parking lot. We had a party of eight people ranging in age from 4 years old to 87 years old and a lot of luggage.

Getting to and from terminal is really easy and I don't have to wait more than a few min to be picked up in either spot!!

We have used The Parking Spot "1" for close to 15 years and have always been very pleased. The pick up is prompt, the drivers gave ALL be kind, helpful and very nice. They each have loaded and unloaded our luggage. The complimentary bottles of water at the checkout are very welcome as the Phoenix heat greets us. The person at the entrance/ext gate has always been kind and helpful. The Parking Spot is a very important part of our travel.
