Our driver, same gentleman and we do not remember his name and picked us up at the lot and airport after our trip was great. He was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. We were pleased to see him on our return.
The Parking Spot is AWESOME .. easy to get in and out of. Also the trucks are clean and on a solid rotation & time. The DRIVERS are GREAT and friendly. I personally have never had any issues with the TPS

Service is always good. This time, I waited for several minutes to get a shuttle once I parked. I tried using the app to ensure someone knew I was waiting in the Premier area for pick up. The app isn't very good. It only helps if you need pickup at the airport. Otherwise, everything was great.
I was a little disappointed that I had to wait so long for the shuttle but the employee that was working this day was excellent and such a hard worker. I wish I could remember his name.
The services provided are convenient and economical. However, a condition exists that is beyond the control of The Parking Spot. This is the shuttle pickup area at DFW terminal C which is only in one location at the far end of the terminal. The signage provided by DFW is not the best and if you happen to arrive at a gate on the opposite side of the terminal, the trek to the pick up area is quite long. Hopefully, the airport will remedy this situation as modifications are completed at the terminal.
