Easy and reasonable!
employees were nice and helpful. The valet was a huge timesaver.
It is convent and safe. With the coupon, it was cheaper than the airports long term parking.
Driver was very helpful and friendly.
I would highly recommend TPS to a friend !!!
I can drive into my Parking Spot and my ride to the airport is waiting for me.
The drivers and kiosk personnel are friendly and efficient.
I love being picked up and dropped off at my car in the lot. The lots are always clean and well organized. The shuttle bus drivers are always friendly and helpful. Making reservations is easy, and the rewards program is excellent. The water bottles at the exit are such a nice addition, its like you know we'll be thirsty from a long flight.
The convenience and ease of parking, having someone pick you up from your parking spot and dropping you off at the gate to check in was amazing.
And I love that you have a north and a south option.,
Easy access to the airport and fast drop off and pickup.
Fast pickup
Great shuttle timing and serve this week. Getting on Fred's bus makes a big difference with efficiency!
I like that the waiting time is really short. The pick up and drop off is at my vehicle. Also, my suitcase is carried on and off the shuttle bus.
The convenience.
Secure lot, excellent drivers
Easy in and out
convenient and helpful getting luggage in/out of van. Thank you!
It was all good. Thank you.
While there are a few things I like about this location, including the car wash, the number one reason I recommend Parking Spot Fly is shuttle driver Jimmy Kimbrough. Jimmy brightens my travel day whenever he's the driver for my shuttle. He's also saved my bacon with his morning checklist - I almost flew off to Ohio once with only my sunglasses and not my prescription glasses - that would have been embarrassing.
When speaking of "recommend" - I've been trying to talk my co worker into switching to Parking Spot Fly. We occasionally carpool together, and on our last trip he got to have a ride back to the car with Jimmy. He's been holding off on switching because he wants to finish using up his reward points at his other lot - but he said "Jimmy would convince me to switch"
Convenience and location
Easy check in or out, more space and the waiting time is less than 10’ , the staff is very friendly too
Easy. Simple to reserve and park, constant shuttles to and from the airport.
Drivers are friendly and helpful!
good drivers, clean and easy to use facilities
Parking slots are pretty small for my big pickup. This is Texas people, we drive big pickups. Signage was very hard to follow and the row and slot numbers were tiny. At night it was impossible to see all the numbers as lighting is horrible. Entry and exits were very tight for my truck. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and considerate. There did seem to be plenty of shuttles but them getting passed each other down the rows was humorous.
QUICK AND CONVENIENT, CAR TO DOOR SERVICE
Friendly, helpful drivers
Covered parking, fair pricing, transport directly to and from the parking spot. My only concern was that the space was very narrow for my vehicle.
Convenient and slightly cheaper than airport parking
proximity to airport
