Convenience to airport and covered parking

So easy to book online. Shuttle service goes above and beyond to make it so convenient. We always stay at the Drury, with usually a very early flight and the shuttle service is always there really quickly to get us to the correct airline. Could not be any easier. Shuttle drivers are always super friendly and kind, even when we are fumbling through our papers looking for the card they gave us to find our car on the return trip. Not even an eye roll from them, which is super nice of them! Checkout is a breeze! We would not ever change where we leave our car during our vacay!

Drivers are always very courteous and helpful with luggage... even assisting with loading in our vehicle at times. We never have to wait long for the shuttle once we have parked. It's a very nice treat to have a bottle of water on exiting after traveling too. Small but very kind gesture.

Convenient process to reserve a parking spot, no money up front, easy check-in, easy check-out, good value, and past few drivers have been eager to be helpful and have been prompt picking us up at our vehicle, getting us to the airport, and back to our vehicle. A very simple and dependable process.

I like the convenience. but this time wasn't as great. The parking lot was at max. There were no spots where they told me to park. When I got back, getting to the shuttle pick up spot isn't clear and as easy. Plus, I had to wait much longer than normal. But the drivers were very kind on both trips.

I have been a loyal customer for years and things are still good. Drivers are inconsistent though. Some are amazing and jump up to help out with bags. Others will wait to see if you get up and grab your own bags. Also, the buses are starting to see some wear and tear on them.

The entrance to the park is very easy , the agent tells you where to go to find a place to park. Shuttles come right away. Drivers are courteous and very helpful. Park is easy to get to!
