Reliable service. Easy to use app, easy check in, shuttle was readily available taking us to the airport and easy to find when the shuttle for our return. I will use this service again. There is a QR code in the shuttle to make it easy to tip the driver. Shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful with getting our luggage on and off. The shuttles are comfortable and we had no issues.

As usual, parking at the Parking Spot 2 is simple. Intuitive website, shows complete cost information, easy entry with QR code, and transportation is efficient. I forgot about the changed pickup spot when returning, so that wasted about 30 minutes going to the old location. Yes, the instructions were on the parking ticket - just didn't read it.
