I always use parking spot for my travel needs they offer excellent customer service they come to your car load your luggage unload your luggage at the airport. I never have to wait more than five minutes when I return they unload my luggage straight to my car. Best service around.
Easy and friendly
I like the availability of good spacious covered parking spots. However, the waiting for a JFK shuttle at IAH after arrival takes awhile. The other Parking Spot shuttles some around twice even three times before the JFk shuttle.

always feel safe, the shuttles come at a good time and my car has always been good when i return. the only thing i suggest is a better way to contact the shuttle when you are waiting if you don't see them
Shuttle drivers are helpful work very hard. There's typically little waiting time to get a shuttle to the terminal. The app is extremely useful (when it works...which has been most of the time lately) to ensure the vehicle is ready once you shuttle back to the facility.
We are not having to wait as long for busses as we were last year.
Convenient and makes is less stressful getting to the gate.
The downside if of this trip was that, in spite of having a reservation, there were no parking spots available, so we had to park in a barely-covered place that was not really a parking spot.
