We have been using The Parking Spot for a while now it’s been great. Super easy to book and get in and out. The best part is, you do not have to wait long for a shuttle, the drivers are so nice and very efficient. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

I travel for business 60+ days per year out of LAX and almost always stay at Parking Spot Sepulveda. Please have more promotions where we can earn bonus points instead of a discount on the rate. All I care about is earning enough points that my family vacation parking is free.

The Premium lot is much easier to get to for us. We also like the wider spaces and the fact that you are dropped off first when returning.

The personnel has always been friendly and polite as well.

I understand that this asks what you "like" but I feel you ought to hear our concern as well. When we got there a couple of weeks ago, there was no one outside to direct us. We waited and no one came out. We noticed there were signs denoting where to park for each terminal so we did that. A driver was returning some people to their car and said that someone would come for us. We waited for close to 10 minutes. I tried to call with no answer. My husband had just started to walk to the front office when someone showed up. The driver that had seen us earlier told someone with an empty bus that was up front that we were back there. We weren't the only people waiting either. If you have no one outside, please have a way for people to get in touch with you. In Dallas and in July is not the time to leave people stranded outside.

It’s convenient and you don’t have to carry your bags to far.

Honest employees. My friend left his computer back pack on the bus. We drive back to Dayton and discovered it was left behind. We called the customer service number and found out that the bus driver turned it into the lost and found.

We drove back to Columbus within the hour to retrieve the backpack Thank you honest employee!!

This was the first time we used the Parking Spot going to the international terminal. We were very disappointed when we arrived and had to wait over 20 minutes for a shuttle. I called the office and was told a shuttle was on the way but we were overlooked.
That was made up for on our return to Atlanta. The shuttle was waiting and we were taken very quickly back to our car.

Much better shuttle service this time that I've had over the last few months. Most important aspect for parking service. Need to be able to quickly get a shuttle to airport and quickly home after trip.
