The parking lot is very well organized. Shuttles pick you up promptly and the drivers are courteous and helpful with your luggage. The online app is easy to use.
Quick service, and drivers are always helpful and kind. However, I do not like to go on escalator at Pittsburgh Airport to the top floor. No porter, no one tells you WHERE an elevator IS. I USE A WHEEL-CHAIR. Southwest airlines WAS ALITTLE FAR TO DRAG BAGGAGE AND TO GET A WHEEL-CHAIR Service i AM A SENIOR WITH RODS AND SCREWS IN MY BACK AND OFF BALANCE. I could have gotten hurt on the escalator. My husband has a pacemaker/deliberator, and it was hard for him to put carry- ons and worry about me. Need to drop off people at the Airline Entrance as it was in the past. I may have to have family drop us off. Many seniors feel the same. Hope, you will do something about this. Please take this consideration.
Everything. Fair pricing, hardly parked car before shuttle is picking you & luggage up. When returning home I’ve never waited for a shuttle by the time I’m at the pickup location it is there. Extremely friendly drivers. Been using the facilities for a very long time several times a year - never an issue.

We have been using the Buffalo Airport for travel to Tampa for 25 yrs. Previously we used long term parking at the airport as often we went for several weeks. Now that we are snowbirds and go for longer periods, we have found that the service did not meet our needs. We tried The Parking Spot and have been very happy with this service. Staff are always helpful and pleasant. The fees are more than competitive, pick up and drop off is efficient, bus is clean and well maintained and our vehicle has always been well looked after. We highly recommend to all our friends and family travelling.

The convenience, the cost and the staff. Staff was personable as well as helpful with the luggage. The website was user friendly. No problems with parking although the Love Field site might use a little more directional lighting to see from the road.

My wife left her pone in the car and did not realize that until we were past TSA waiting for our recent flight. I called the PS and spoke with a very helpful representative. She looked for my car to be parked and then realized it was still in line. She found the phone, handed it to the next drive who met me by the pre TSA entrance. All was good and our trip went fine. Thank you to the dedicated worker.
Excellent. The driver working Easter Monday evening around 530pm was exceptional. He helped my daughter and i with our luggage even though he was super busy and swamped with other people.
