I will definitely use The Parking Spot again. Covered parking, very secure, shuttle bus dropped off right at terminal and when we landed as soon as I opened the app on my phone it notified them and the shuttle picked us up with minutes. Price was reasonable

Easiness of arranging and arriving

I like to drive up, park and get onto the bus with no delay. It is even nicer to be picked up and when returning to the lot, your car is pulled up and waiting. Very efficient!

It's easy to reserve and pay for your parking. Checking in is also easy with the QR code on the app. The van drivers are very friendly and helpful. The app also shows you exactly where you are and where the pickup van is.

I like that there is easy entry and departure into a Parking Spot lot. Even when I lost the ticket to my parking space, the bus driver helped me find my car.

This is the first time we used the Parking Spot and it was very easy. We self parked, went up stairs and was able to catch the shuttle. The shuttle drivers were both friendly and offered helpful tips on maneuvering LAX. Leaving the Parking Spot was very quick and easy. We will be booking with them again.

Easy in and easy out

I feel very comfortable leaving my car at the Parking Spot for extended trips. All the staff are courteous and professional. I feel like they want to take care of my vehicle almost as much as I do. The only thing I'd like to see is better directions to the pick up point at the Nashville Airport. The app directions don't seem to line up with the airport terminology and I'm not a frequent flyer so when directions include "go past the new Hilton" I'm not really sure what that means. A sign or two with the Parking Spot emblem would be most helpful

Our battery was dead when we got dropped off at 11:00 PM on Sat. We called the front desk and the driver came back with a charger unit and tried to jump start it but it didn't work. We called AAA and the driver actually waited with us until AAA showed up and got us started! I wish I would have gotten his name - he was fantastic!!

LOVE that the shuttle sees me when I park and they pull up right to my car! Love that when they take me back to my car it's the same thing - pull right up to my vehicle! Love their willingness to grab the bags on and off the bus too!

Easy and fast service for airport parking. I am not worried about my vehicle being parked in covered parking for a week and the bus/shuttle to and from the aiport and parking lot is very convenient. The staff are always helpful and friendly and I love using the app. I highly recommend the parking spot east to anybody visiting the Austin airport!

Great service everyone is use it!

It's very easy - with the trip printout or the member card I can zip right through, park and be on my way. There is usually an agent to help if I have trouble. Recently, my husband dropped his car key on the shuttle; we called the office and they kindly kept it til our return - the shuttle driver got it and passed it on to us very quickly and our return was just as easy as our outbound. It's a great service.
