Our driver (I believe his name was CJ) was very friendly and helpful. He remembered us on Sunday night when he was our driver who dropped us on on Thursday night.
Timely pick up and drive to the airport. Very helpful drivers. The only downside was that we could not be dropped at the South terminal at Atlanta supposedly due to construction but after crossing through the airport which was a struggle with luggage we saw vans dropping off at the South terminal
I have been using the Parking Spot for many years now. I love the convenience of leaving my vehicle and being picked up/dropped off right in front of my car. 100 % recommend it.

I’ve never used airport parking before because I normally take an Uber, so I was pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was. The drivers and attendants were extremely friendly and helpful.
When I first arrived, I was given clear directions on where and how to park. As soon as I parked and stepped out of my car, the shuttle van was already there to pick me up, which made the process very convenient.
When I returned from my trip, I wasn’t feeling well from the flight and accidentally got on the wrong shuttle. Even then, the driver was very polite and helped me get to the correct one. The correct driver was incredibly kind — he even took my bags and placed them in my car for me.
On the way out, the attendant came over and assisted me with checking out, which I appreciated. The complimentary water on the way out was also a nice touch.
Overall, my experience was a 10 out of 10 when it comes to customer service, and I will definitely use this service again.
Service is convenient and fast commute to airport. They run on a tight professional schedule.
