Everything! From making the reservation online to the very end of the trip, the service is simply great! When the shuttle follows you to your parking spot and assists you with loading your luggage onto the shuttle and off again at the airport drop off point and then on the back end of the trip, the drivers are eager to assist loading your luggage back onto the shuttle and drop you off at your vehicle and even assist with your luggage from the shuttle to your vehicle - it is simply a great system The Parking Spot has developed.

I left my car keys in Cuba & when I called to explain the problem, the attendant went above & beyond to reassure me! Then the next day my friend picked me up & took me to get my car, she was so very nice & helpful to let my friend drive me in to collect my car! And she gave me a bottle of water when I was paying her the additional fee! I guess I looked a little frazzled! She was absolutely wonderful & I will never forget her kindness.

It costs ALOT less to park, and WAY less stress, than on the airport lots. Plus, the parking spots are covered, they drop you off right at the door you need to go in, and even give you a bottle of water on the way out.

Promptness of the shuttles, the fact that most of the shuttle drivers offer to help with our luggage ( we are 71 and sometimes need help) Not all of them offer but those that do mean it.
