I love how dependable The Spot is. I can always depend on there being a shuttle to take me to the airline doors, and most importantly to pick me up after a flight to get me to my car. With multiple shuttles, and being able to see them on the app, I have never waited longer than 2-3 minutes.

Wonderful, we were picked up
Immediately upon parking! Then gentleman handed me a card w my parking spot on it so I didn’t have to take a picture. We picked up a few more people and made it to the airport with two hours till my flight! When we returned, there were two buses for our parking lot just waiting one filled up so we got on the second one no waiting this is the most efficient way to park and be transported to the airport! 10 stars thank you so much!
Never a major issue, other than there always seems to be many more shuttles from other Parking Spot location than this particular one (1 Will Clayton Pakwy)

Service was good, however for the last two years there is a big pot hole existing. The pot hole is not in the facility but it's to right of the road inches from the exit. At night can not see the pot hole. Parking Spot should contact the city.
Parking was affordable and the shuttle times were very reasonable, would highly recommend to everyone!

A little slow early in the morning when ordering premium doesn't matter they don't pick up any faster than regular and sometimes you have to walk for the driver to pick you up
