i use the parking spot in various locations both here in Columbus, OH., and Chicago. The app makes reservations quick and easy. Also, I like the rewards program having received many free parking over the years. The shuttle service is very convenient as well.

Ease of access, quick pickups, reliable, helpful drivers. I do wish each driver had a Venmo for tipping placed near the front of the bus tho!

I love the fact you drive into the secure facility, they take your luggage from the car, and put it directly on to a waiting shuttle, and drop you at your gate. That is almost as convenient as making the call, or using the app, to get a shuttle to pick you up upon return. Quite often there iis a shuttle waiting already. But the best part may be when you ride the suttle back to the facility, your car is waiting, often with the AC going, or the heat. Thank you for making things so easy and smooth!!
