This was my first time using the The Parking Spot instead of parking at the Denver airport, and I am very impressed! Our flight was very early, and we arrived to the lot very early (around 3am) and we didn't have to wait long for a shuttle at all. From when we entered to the lot to when we made it to check in our bags was just about 30 minutes. We had just as easy of a trip for the return. I highly recommend!
Staff personable. I have parked at ParknFly for years as that was our corp place to go to. I am not a big fan on the rates and how they fluctuate, etc. So, I may need to make a decision overall, as there is no longer a relationship with KeyBank with Park/Spot. Because of the higher rate I have parked at the airport on occasion as well.

I love the parking spot; it's easy to reserve and pay on the app. As soon as I park my car, the shuttle is there to pick me up. I am usually dropped off at the terminal within 15 minutes of parking, and then picked up at the terminal is quick; I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The drivers are always friendly. They help with bags; there’s nothing I don’t like about the service.

First time parking in this lot. I have been using Parking Spot 3 since way before Parking Spot came to Saint Louis. Same great friendly staff and drivers. My only suggestion, is to consider larger vans. Both PS 3 and East are so over crowded. Larger shuttles should be in the next budget.
