Very Convenient

Everyone is very nice well majored and courteous

I love how close it is to the airport, so easy to get in and out, and I'm usually barely out of my car before the shuttle pulls up. Same upon return; I've never had to wait very long for the shuttle back to the lot. All the drivers have been very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the little reminder card the driver gives each person with their spot number (I immediately take a picture of it because I inevitably lose the card itself); without that, I would never remember where I parked. And so far, the prices have stayed very reasonable, though they have creeped up over time (which I understand, given inflation) and they do fluctuate. I once parked somewhere else (I don't remember why) and immediately regretted it. Parking Spot or bust!

I love that it's electric and I can show my phone and drive on thru. I have parked there 3 times now and had nothing but good experiences. Your shuttle drivers are the best! Polite, respectful, friendly and very helpful.

I love the pickup and dropoff service.

I appreciated the professionalism of the driver and his assistance with our luggage. Using the app upon our return brought a driver almost immediately to our location at the airport. Our car was ready and waiting for us when we got off the bus, and the driver helped get our luggage into the car. I will definitely use The Parking Spot/Park & Fly again!

The ability to request the van from the app and paying by credit card so my car was available quickly upon my return.

Drivers are so very helpful especially with the luggage and being patient with my mom who needs some extra time. Plus the cold water at check out is a wonderful bonus.
