I've parked here a number of times. A shuttle is always there (at the lot and at the airport) and the shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful with luggage. I once arrived very late at night because of a delayed flight, and the shuttle driver waited until I was in my car before leaving. That's why I keep using your service.
