I liked how efficient the service is. There were many buses available and the driver explained to us where to wait once we returned from our trip. The app provided accurate information and I was able to extend my services easily.
When I returned from my flight, it was at 12am and customer support reassured me that a bus was on it's way and told me what terminal it was at in the momen. I was unable to get this info with another company who gave me very vague info like it's on it's way.
