The Parking Spot is so convenient to use. They are close to the airport and pick you up at your parking spot, help you with your luggage and safely get you to your terminal. The drivers are very nice and helpful. The ticket booth workers are also helpful when you arrive. I always use them! It takes a lot of the pressure and anxiety off my trip knowing that I am in a safe place.

I like the convenience of the scheduling, the prompt arrival of the shuttle from and to our car. I value the 24 hour security for my vehicle especially when returning very late at night. . Staff is friendly and tried their very best to help us out with our car when we found the battery dead on our return. I will use The Parking Spot when ever I fly.

I like everything about this. Your website is easy to navigate and your drivers are very helpful and courteous. I like the preferred parking because we get dropped off first and after a long trip, I'm glad to get home as quick as possible.
Always convenient. Most of the time, by the time you turn your engine off and get into the parking spot, the transportation vehicle is already there to help you load your luggage and get on your way, and it’s no different once you get out of the airport. you find your location and within 15 minutes you get picked up and brought back to your vehicle. Can’t get better than that, excellent service, always courteous drivers, highly recommend. the parking spot

yes everything went great. I used the app for the first time. It worked great. My shuttle drivers where awesom and was greeted from booth attendent when I pulled in. I always use parling spot 3 in stl but i have had to use others lately because you are full. My only problem.
