I love the convenience and price of parking off the airport. I feel like my car is safe for however long I need to leave it. But I would say that the new arrangement of walking to my car from the drop off location can be a bit warry at night in the dark. I don't mind the self service nature of general parking but it would be nice to have multiple drop offs that coordinate with the parking lanes.

Always feel safe and the staff is courteous.

The check in and pick up was quick and easy. Very friendly people.

I always, always, always use The Parking Spot when I'm traveling. Very easy to make reservations & revise them when necessary (because we all know how the airlines operate & change flight & flight times!). I'm a member of the 'Spot Club' which gets me advanced notice of special pricing. Really appreciate the AAA discount, too. The shuttle drivers are great . . . professional, helpful, friendly & kind. Kudos to each & everyone of them!!

The price was right and getting in and out is pretty quick and efficient. I did appreciate the water for the ride home. The shuttle was pretty quick as well. So that was good.

They have someone there to help you check in shuttles right there to pick you up at your car. They help with your luggage. Pick up at airport you usually don't have to wait too long. They ask if you would like a water when you are checking out.
