The driver was courteous and helpful. I had a large suitcase that's heavy. He helped me lift it up to the shuttle and helped me get it to my car trunk. It was very late at night around 11:45pm and I was the only one in the shuttle. I tipped him well but that's after he helped me. I had other driver that refused to help me before. Thank you.

Simple and easy
The East Parking Spot is now my go to. They are flexible and more customer oriented than the West. I now have moved my parking completely to the Parking Spot East (after parking at the mainly West the last 20+years), & have mentioned my experiences with coworkers.
