We have been using The Park 2 parking for many years, they have provided great services to us. Always prompt and friendly.
Our statement shows being billed twice and charged to our Visa Credit card ending with 4931. Charges of $71.80 and $63.53, total of $135.33. Our reservation was for Arrival August 29th at 6:30am and Return September 8th at 7 pm. We met reservation times. If you can review charges.

I was able to call after my reservation and get a good explanation of how the service works.
The shuttle always meets us at our car without waiting and we usually have a short wait at the airport to shuttle back. The drivers are friendly, especially the one for our return trip last Tuesday

The drivers and the staff at the gates are very friendly. Signage on the lot and at the terminals is very clear. The buses are clean and cool, which is great in the summer!
The parking lot is near the very convenient to the airport. Shuttles are plenty. Rates are ok. Uncovered is fairly distant from the entrance. It involves many turns that could be better marked.
Did not have to wait for a shuttle back to the parking lot.
Really quick about picking you up to and from the airport. And very good with handling your luggage. We love the covered parking for a good price.

The driver always takes me directly to my car, gets my bag and puts it in my truck! The last visit, my plane was delayed and I arrived in the wee hours of the morning. The driver stayed until I was in my car and it started!!!! Thank you!
