We have always had a great experience parking there however this time when we got there when we checked in the gentleman at the check-in center was very rude to us. We wanted to park in the front. There were thousands of empty spots in the front he shoved us in the back corner he mumbled when he talked. We had to come back to verify cause we couldn’t understand what he said, and we asked him multiple times. That was the first bad experience that we had the guy driving the shuttle buses was fantastic. No problem, but that guy at check in the morning we got there was extremely rude and ignorant.

It was seamless checking in, getting a shuttle and getting to the airport. What I loved most is when I returned and went to get a shuttle, the app already knew where I was and a shuttle was already on its way!! It was a great first experience and will definitely do it again.
