The location is convenient. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The spaces are appriately sized even for a medium sized SUV. The site is clean, secure and well maintained. The Shuttles are clean and run quickly. My wait is never very long.
Location and ease of use
Arrived back at BWI on Thursday, January 29, 2026 to find my car immobilized from several inches of ice. Driver Tiana produced a steel shovel and worked to free the trapped tires. I was eventually able to back my car out and continue cleaning it. Tiana went the extra mile to assist me when I needed it most. God Bless her !

The friendly service. There is always someone there to direct me where to park and someone just a row away to pick me up and take me to the airport. Plus I appreciate the shuttle driver's attention to detail and double checking we all have our keys etc.
