I love the yellow buses with black spots. Easy to spot when you landing late and are tired.
The drivers are wonderful, very helpful. I really like the fact that they check with you to be sure you have not forgotten anything on your way out and when you have landed and going to pick up the car, they always wait until you have your car loaded and are in it. Just makes you feel safer. We love the parking spot and won't use any other parking at bradley.

Super friendly
Very easy to check in and get on a shuttle almost immediately. Same as our return trip. AC on our shuttle to airport was either inoperable or not turned on by driver in almost 90 degree weather.
